This policy explains how Jovergent, LLC ("Jovergent", "I", "me") handles information collected through jovergent.com.

What I collect

When you use the contact form or email me, I receive the information you choose to send: your name, email address, company and the content of your message.

The site is hosted by Squarespace, which automatically collects standard technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you view, and uses cookies to operate the site and produce visitor statistics. How I use it

I use what you send me to reply to you and to discuss possible work together. I use site statistics only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used.

Sharing

I do not sell or rent your information. I do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site and my email, and where the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or any resulting engagement, and as required for business records.

Your choices

You can ask me to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing johanna@jovergent.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
